Shipping Policy

OVERVIEW

At One Bottle Bakery, each bottle is thoughtfully prepared to bring a beautiful baking experience into your home.

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During busy periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days

Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days

United States: 5–10 business days (if applicable)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Optional – include only if you plan to ship outside Canada)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
