All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, we’re here to make it right.

Please contact us at irene@onebottlebakery.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

Opened or used products

Perishable goods

Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery

Orders with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, if you experience any issues, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.
